It's thick, it's hearty and it's vegan!

Beautifully roasted tomatoes, carros, celery, potato, red bell peppers, onions, leeks and garlic are roasted at a nice 375 degrees. After cooling, it's blended with an organic vegeable stock and then blended to a perfect consistency.
